IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING A COMPANY CALLED HAYES PHARMACY

We would like to make you aware that a number of our patients have been contacted by Hayes Pharmacy offering a delivery service. This company that is based in Surrey has no connections what so ever with the surgery. We are unsure where they have obtained patient details, as the patient information has NOT been supplied by Meadowside Medical Practice. Please note that if you sign up to the service you must order your prescription, collect and post your prescription to Hayes Pharmacy, Egham, Surrey. They will then arrange to dispense and deliver. Meadowside Medical Practice will not post directly to this company.

Welcome to Meadowside Medical Practice
